1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt, divided
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 ½ cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Place the chicken breast on a clean surface and lightly cover in oil. Add paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, ¼ a teaspoon of garlic powder, and ¼ a teaspoon of onion powder to a separate small bowl. Continue to stir until the mixture is fully combined. Liberally season both sides of the chicken
Using a large knife, make a horizontal cut 3/4ths the way through the chicken breast.
Add your favorite brand of cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, spinach, garlic, red pepper, and a pinch of salt to a small mixing bowl and stir to combine. Stir for 25-30 seconds or until the ingredients are properly combined.
Spoon the spinach mixture into each chicken breast evenly.
Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees fahrenheit.
